Recently we’ve noticed that our emails are filtered out to ‘Junk’ folder by some email providers (Hotmail and Outlook). It has nothing to do with SPAM as we send only account notifications and news letters occasionally. Many of our members who use Hotmail or Outlook miss our emails. If you use @hotmail.co.uk, @hotmail.com, @outlook.co.uk, @outlook.com or live.co.uk emails, please do the steps described in this article to add our email (info AT 5starbot . com) to ‘safe senders’ list. This will avoid problems receiving important notifications from 5starbot, e.g. your account info.
