Carefully read this before using 5StarBot.
5StarBot website and software (Product) is provided by 5StarBot Ltd (Company). Use of the Product indicates your acceptance of these terms.
You may use the Product without charge for period of trial. If you wish to use it after the trial period, you must pay subscription fee to extend allowance of use for certain time indicated in subscription terms. The trial period may be changed solely by the Company and may be terminated at any time without notice.
1. ACCOUNT. The Product is provided to you by opening a personal account on my.5starbot.com website. You will be supplied with username and password that you can use to login to your account and use the Product. The account is personal to you. You are not allowed to transfer your account or disclose username and password to any other person.
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. To receive technical support you can submit an inquiry in our support system or send an email to info@5starbot.com.
3. RISK NOTICE. Gambling is risky, do not bet with money you cannot afford to lose and be sure you understand what you will need to spend in order to get the returns indicated. Please, note that Company does not guarantee any profits or success in betting by using the Product. You can get more information on responsible gambling at GambleAware.co.uk.
4. USE POLICY. You are allowed to use the Product only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if you use the Product for the following unacceptable activities: any forms of illegal activities; damaging the Product or interrupting normal way of execution of the Product; getting an access to restricted functions of the Product (hacking); abusing the Terms and Conditions.
5. LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY. The Product is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising in any way out of the use of the Product. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to use the Product on your own risk.
6. ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT. The Product is accessible on my.5starbot.com website through your personal account. In some cases access to the Product can be temporary unavailable because of technical problems or because of planned maintenance on the website. Any planned maintenance will be announced on our website in advance.
7. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION. You can cancel your account at any time by sending account cancellation request to the Company. You can also cancel your account by cancelling subscription fees through our payment processor. If you don’t extend your subscription to the Product your account will be automatically closed after 7 days since the unpaid subscription payment due. During the 7 days of grace period you will be able to login to your account, but will not be able to use all features of the Product, including bets placing. If you wish to extend your subscription during the grace period your full access to all features will be restored.
